STAFF at a Bromsberrow shop brewed up a healthy total as their coffee morning raised more than £800 for charity.
Volunteer staff at The Shop at Bromsberrow thanked the ‘generous community’ for helping to collect £830 for Macmillan Cancer Support through homemade cakes and coffee.
Event organiser, James Dowdall said: “This is a flagship fund-raising event for us and the local community have been very supportive and generous.
“We want to thank everyone who attended and donated and of course express our gratitude to all the unpaid volunteers who gave up their time to bake, serve, decorate, sell and wash up.
“It was worth all the effort to raise such a huge amount.”
