A GALLERY which features artwork celebating the Malvern countryside received a special visitor.

MP Harriett Baldwin met with Alan Brown who runs the Original Artwork Store, in Graham Road, and local artist Antony Bridge whose work is on display at the gallery.

The oil paintings, which feature views of the Malvern Hills, are being displayed so they time with the Autumn and the start of the Malvern festival next month.

Mrs Baldwin said: “We are so lucky to have such beautiful scenery across Worcestershire which is inspiration to so many artists – from Edward Elgar to the current generation of artists.

“Alan’s gallery shows some of the best contemporary art and is a wonderful celebration of Malvern and its stunning scenery.”
