Fire crews from Upton, Ledbury and Gloucestershire, as well as a station commander, attended the scene in Upper Pendock at 4.42am this morning (Tuesday).
Crews with breathing apparatus tackled the fire in a static caravan with hosereel jets and compressed foam.
It has been confirmed one person has died and police and the fire service are working together at the scene to establish the cause.
A West Mercia Police spokesman said: “At 5am this morning, officers were called to the Three Counties Park in Upper Pendock, Malvern, where a static caravan was well alight.
“Once the fire had been dealt with by colleagues from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue, the body of a woman, who is thought to have lived at the property, was found.
“Alongside fire investigators, detectives are investigating the incident, but it is not thought be suspicious and it is expected their evidence will be passed as a report to the voroner for Worcestershire.”
