MALVERN Town extended their impressive winning run to six games after beating Black Country Rangers 2-0.
Goals from frontmen Luke Corbett and the returning Dave Reynolds kept the Hillsiders in fourth place in the West Midlands Regional Premier Division following their win last night (Tuesday) at Cradley.
Les Jones’ side currently are now just four points of third place Haughmond who suffered a 6-2 loss last night to Wolverhampton Sporting Community.
However a number of sides behind Malvern do have games in hand which threaten the club’s hopes of finishing in the top five.
Malvern return to action on Saturday when they face Gornal Athletic at the HD Anywhere Community Stadium.
