HELPING residents live in their own homes has earned the county’s adult social care team a nomination for a national award.
Transitional Support Planning from Worcestershire County Council will find out on Friday, November 29, if they have won the team of the year at the Social Worker of the Year Awards 2013.
Dr Richard Harling, director of adult services and health, said: “We are extremely proud of the Transitional Support Planning Team and the outstanding work they have delivered. This nomination is very well deserved and we wish them success at the finals in November.”
