MALVERN Town has announced the Langland Stadium will be renamed following a significant sponsorship deal.

The stadium will now be known as the HDanywhere Community Stadium from August following the club’s partnership with Malvern Link firm HD Connectivity.

Malvern Town FC director Chris Pinder said: “After receiving significant sponsorship funds from Chris Pinder’s Malvern Link-based technology company HD Connectivity, the Langland Stadium will be renamed the ‘HDanywhere™ Community Stadium’.

“This highlights not just the company’s community investment, but also the Club’s commitment to the local Community and staying at the heart of Pickersleigh.”

The club have also confirmed their set of pre-season fixtures ahead of the 2014/15 West Midlands Regional Premier League campaign which kicks off on Saturday, August 9.

The countdown to the new season starts next Saturday (July 12) when Malvern’s first team face Causeway United at home (3pm).

After homes games against Hereford Lads Club (Tuesday, July 15), Droitwich Spa (Saturday, July 19) and Greenways FC (July 26), Malvern then welcome headline opponents Worcester City to their home turf on Tuesday, July 29.

They finish their pre-season calender with a game against Bishops Cleeve on Saturday, August 2.
