CALLS can not currently be answered at Malvern Hills District Council’s contact centre due to IT problems.
A council spokesman confirmed the issue this morning (Thursday), apologised for the inconvenience and said the council was working hard to rectify the problem.

Those with urgent requests have been advised to visit Malvern Customer Service Centre at the The Library on Graham Road, Great Malvern which is open between 9am and 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and between 9.30am to 5pm on Wednesdays.
Tenbury Wells Customer Service Centre based at The Library on Teme Street can only be visited by appointment between 10am and 5pm on Fridays.
