A ‘KNIT and natter’ themed Time for a Cuppa tea party will be held at a Malvern care home in aid of Dementia UK.
Residents have been invited to join the sound of clicking and chatting at the Hastings Residential Care Home, in Barnard’s Green Road, next Thursday (March 5) between 10.45am and 4pm.
Everyone at the home will be enjoying crochet and woolly fun and are encouraging visitors to join them and take their own works in progress along or start something new before enjoying some delicious cakes.
Manager Sue Milward said: “Enjoying a cuppa while having a knit and a natter is one of the oldest pastimes in history.
“Our chef will be baking some delicious treats, so we would love to see some new and familiar faces at our event to support us to raise money for a Dementia UK, a charity which is so close to all our hearts at Hastings.”
