A SCHEME which will see five new homes built in Martley has been given the green light after councillors unanimously backed the development.
The properties off Witley Road were given the go ahead by Malvern Hills District Council’s Northern Area Development Management Committee last Wednesday (March 4).
Coun Dean Clarke said: “This is a better form of development and I tend to favour these smaller developments to the big ones which are just thrown onto us.”
