MALVERN residents were treated to a host of entertainment over the bank holiday weekend.

All the glamour and style of yesteryear was on display as the vintage and retro fair took place along Abbey Road on Saturday (April 4).

Items including clothes, books, jewellery, furniture, craft items and object d’art were all on offer.

The Great Malvern Jazz Weekend also rolled into the town on Friday (April 3) and Saturday (April 4) with music taking place at popular locations including The Red Lion, Great Malvern Hotel, Belle Vue Delicatessen, Oliver’s and The Foley Arms Hotel.

Robin Miller, organiser of the jazz weekend, said: “This was a free weekend of the finest swing, modern and contemporary jazz from the region’s best jazz musicians, taking place in the pubs, cafés, bars and open spaces around Great Malvern town centre.

“The atmosphere was vibrant and fun and everyone who came along saw some of the best and most diverse musicians in the country playing right on their doorstep.”
