PLANS to build four homes in Powick moved a step closer after councillors granted outline planning permission for the development.
Proposals for four new homes to be created on land at the rear of ‘Southview’ on Malvern Road were unanimously approved by Malvern Hills District Council’s Northern Area Development Committee.
The development would include the demolition of an existing outbuilding on the site.
