GREAT Malvern is set to be filled with the sounds of modern and contemporary jazz next weekend.
A variety of pubs, bars and hotels across the centre will be hosting bands next Friday and Saturday (September 11 and 12).
The festival will feature some of the best local and regional jazz musicians with all gigs free to the public.
Tenor saxophonist Jean Toussaint, who rose to prominence in the USA as a member of Art Blakey’s Jazz Messengers, will headline the event at Oliver’s Wine Bar on the Saturday at 10pm.
