STAFF at Malvern Hills District Council raised more than £150 after taking part in an annual charity event.
Employees baked and sold cakes to rake in the money for Macmillan Cancer Support by hosting a tea party for the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning on Friday (September 25).
Jack Hegarty, chief executive of MHDC, said: “Staff really enjoyed being part of the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
“They always make a huge effort and I am delighted we have been able to support the vital work that Macmillan Cancer do.”
