A FUND-raising concert will hope to hit the high notes in a bid to secure vital money for a Malvern charity.
Professional singer Natasha Killam has organised the event at the newly-restored Elmslie House, on Avenue Road, in aid of Hands, a charity which works with vulnerable people in Northern Thailand.
BBC radio performers Bronte Tadman, Zara Edwards, Livia King and Ali Bendal will all be on show along with a host of local talent.
Natasha said: “I do intend to travel out to Thailand and be part of the physical effort with a team in the near future but the best I can offer now is to share the amazing talents of some of my professional musical friends and acquaintances.
“They are all delighted to donate their varied skills and talents to help Hands.”
Hands is committed to protecting those who are exploited and vulnerable to abuse while focusing on preventing the trafficking of young children.
The concert takes place on Saturday (October 10) from 7.30pm.
Sue Wilson, who helped put the event on, said: “We were delighted when Natasha contacted us offering to organise a concert for Hands and we are so grateful to Natasha and her friends for giving up their time to perform in aid of the work done by Hands.
“We are looking forward to this very special evening.”
Tickets cost £8 and are available by emailing [email protected] or calling 01886 888540.
