PARENTS in Malvern have until the end of month to apply for secondary school places.
The deadline date for applications falls on Saturday, October 31.
Those who fail to apply before the deadline risk their children not getting their preferred choice of school.
Coun John Campion, cabinet member for Children and Families at Worcestershire County Council, said: “Secondary school is such a formative time in a person’s life, and it is important that children are given the opportunity to study in their favoured environment.
“I would encourage parents to apply for secondary school places as soon as possible in order to give their child the best chance of getting their preferred choice of school.”
