POLICE are on the hunt for a man who stole four joints of meat at a Malvern supermarket yesterday (Tuesday).
The offence took place about 5.08pm at the town’s Co-op store in Upper Howsell Road.
The joints of meat were stolen by the unknown male from a fridge unit inside the store who then left without paying.
In a separate incident, police are also looking for information after a purse was stolen from a handbag left unattended on the payment desk at an antique shop on Worcester Road, Malvern.
The theft happened at 3.30pm on Saturday (March 19).
CCTV footage is currently being analysed and police are interested in information concerning a white male with dark hair, about 5ft10″ in height who was in the shop at the time.
