POLICE have said a child aged between 11 and 14-years-old is likely to be responsible for committing a burglary at a Malvern home.
A youngster dressed in black was seen by neighbours running off from a home on Geraldine Road at about midnight on Sunday, March 27 after noticing lights were turned on inside the house.
Officers attended and saw the front door wide open with empty jewellery boxes on the floor of a bedroom.
No damage was done to the door and it appeared the lock in the door was forced open.
He also left a bike on the driveway of the property.
