AN ELDERLY woman who collided with a lorry in a serious road accident in Malvern Link has died from her injuries.
96-year-old Eileen Gregory died at Worcestershire Royal Hospital after she was taken by Midlands Air Ambulance on Thursday following the collision at 10.45am at Worcester Road near the Francis of Malvern shop.
Police would like to speak to witnesses to the collision which involved Eileen and a blue and white DAF lorry which had been heading in the Worcester direction.
PC Nick Gimbert said: “We would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed what happened. Our thoughts are with Eileen’s family, and we ask for their privacy to be respected at this difficult time.”
