After consulting with the town council and hearing an audio copy of the meeting multiple times, it has been agreed the article did mistakenly contain an inaccuracy from Coun Cynthia Palmer’s quotes.
The Malvern Observer would like to apologise to Cynthia Palmer for any inconvenience caused and has now removed the article.
