A TREE has fallen and blocking a main road in Upton – the Observer understands.
It has been reported the tree has fallen at Tunnel near the Upton Hill Community Centre and that the road is currently blocked.
It comes amidst a warning by the Met Office that Worcestershire is facing winds of up to 70mph with the arrival of Storm Barbara.
