A £75,000 fund-raising appeal aimed to save more lives will be officially launched in Malvern today.
Charity HeartStart Malvern want to raise the five-figure sum to buy 50 new defibrillators to be installed around the town.
The Observer featured the story on its front page earlier this month.

It is also hoped donations will help provide free CPR training for youngsters and adults with the charity wanting to work closely with schools.
The launch will be held at Malvern Theatres between 11am to 2pm and will be attended by MP Harriett Baldwin and former Casualty and Holby City star Clive Mantle who is performing at the venue, playing the lead role of courtroom thriller The Verdict.
