A WOMAN has miraculously escaped serious injury after her car went off the road and ended up more than 50ft down a hillside.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the B4232 Jubilee Drive in Upper Colwall, Malvern, at 8.30am this morning.
The car’s fall had been broken by a tree which prevented it going any further down the hillside.
The woman managed to escape from her car through the sun roof and was given a full assessment by ambulance staff on the scene.
She was then taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further checks.
An ambulance and a paramedic area support officer attended along with police and fire colleagues.
