CHIEFS at Malvern Hills District Council have warned not all residents will have their rubbish collected today (Monday) following the weekend’s heavy snowfall.
The authority has urged residents to leave their bin or sack of rubbish and recycling out as normal so it can be collected later in the week when it is safer to do so.
