THE GROUP which manages the Malvern Hills has reminded residents that all of its car parks are closed today.
Car parks on the hills were closed yesterday (Sunday) but with the snow still 12 inches deep in parts, the trust has decided to close them for a further day until conditions are safer.
A trust spokesperson said: “Strong winds and falling snow are making conditions difficult for visitors on the open hills, especially along the ridge-line and the Worcestershire Beacon.
“Whiteouts are frequent.
“Please take extra care if you’re out enjoying the snow today. We’ll update you when we can.”
