CAMERON BLAKEY bagged five wickets as Worcester Nomads opened their Worcestershire County League Division One campaign with a 19-run victory over Feckenham.
Nomads were put into bat after losing the toss and looked in trouble at 49-6.
However, the lower order of Ben Schiffmann (22), Tom Baker (26) and Blakey (15 not out) propelled Nomads to 134 all out after 49.3 overs.
Tom Coulson (4-27), Matt Henning (3-53) and Josh Stacey (3-33) shared the wickets for Feckenham who were hustled out for 115 in their reply.
Stacey top scored with a steady 47 off 93 balls but Blakey did the damage with the ball, taking 5-27 as Nomads claimed the maximum 24 points.
Nomads travel to Colwall on Saturday.
