A MAN with links to Malvern and Upton-upon-Severn is wanted for failing to appear in court on fraud charges.
Richard Doe, who also has connections to Worcester, is wanted by Worcester Magistrates Court for failing to appear on April 12.
The 37-year-old was to face a charge of fraud by false representation under the Fraud Act 2006 between September 2 and October 10 in 2017.
He is described as a 5’7″ tall white male of medium build with ‘midland’ accent.
Doe has light brown hair and blue eyes, is clean shaven with a scar on his left cheek.
