AN UPTON human resources firm is celebrating 12 successful years in business.
Cherington HR, founded in 2006 by experienced consultant Helen Astill, has extensive experience in helping firms improve performance by dealing with people management situations and resolving immediate issues within the workplace.
Since inception it has supported more than 200 different SMEs and large corporations across the Three Counties.
“I am delighted Cherington HR has reached such a tremendous milestone,” said Helen.
“Since 2006, we have helped a large variety of firms throughout the UK with their HR set up or have supported management teams in dealing with ongoing staff issues.”
Throughout its years of success, Cherington HR has been a finalist on three occasions for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Awards including those for Excellence in Customer Service and Professional Services.
Helen added: “Throughout my years in working within the industry it has become apparent not every business can afford the time required or the cost of employing someone to manage HR on a full-time basis.
“By setting up Cherington HR, I wanted to solve this issue for businesses while ensuring they still had affordable HR support.
“Over a decade later we are still going strong.’
