BARNARDS Green had to settle for a losing draw in their Birmingham League Division One clash against Shifnal.
Shifnal opted to bat after winning the toss where they posted 311-6.
Shropshire all-rounder Ross Aucott hit 92 not out, Ed Beard scored 84 and Steve Leach opened with 65 as the visitors set a daunting target.
George Rhodes took 3-64 for Green who finished well short on 223-8 in reply.
Rhodes top scored with 64.
Green travel to bottom-of-the-table Wellington on Saturday.
