RUSHWICK dropped out of the promotion spots in Worcestershire County League Division Three following their 37-run defeat to Martley.
Martley chose to bat after winning the toss where they reached 274-8 aided by 77 from top scorer Alexander Basford.
Clive Jones (4-71) was pick of the Rushwick bowlers.
In reply Rushwick were bowled out for 237 in the 42nd over.
Paul Wyatt top scored with 73.
Rushwick travel to second-from-bottom Hanley Castle & Upton on Saturday.
