BARNARDS Green kept up their chances of finishing in the top three in Birmingham League Division One with a 76-run victory over struggling Bromsgrove.
George Rhodes (57) and Adam Wiffen (44) were the leading batsmen as Green closed on 204-8 after 40 overs, with Ash Newfield (4-42) and Gareth Williams (3-19) the pick of the bowlers for Bromsgrove.
Bromsgrove then collapsed to 131 all out in their reply.
Ryan Pedley hit 56 for the Boars while Josh Blunt (4-24) and Andy Ford (3-26) did the damage with the ball for Green.
Fifth-placed Green take on third-placed Shifnal in the final game of the season on Saturday.
