RESIDENTS across Worcestershire are being urged not to contact Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service about wasps nests as it is not the organisation tasked with dealing with them.
The fire service, which has received several calls relating to the issue, is instead telling people to check out the Worcester Regulatory Services website which details how to go about having wasps nests removed.
Some local authorities can help, while those in other areas will have to contact private companies.
