STORM Francis wreaked havoc across Worcestershire, bringing down more than 50 fallen trees.
Specialist tree contractors have been thanked, along with some public-spirited individuals, for their response to the carnage.
Among them were trees which fell in Malvern and Upton.
Upton Police Safer Neighbourhood Team came across a fallen hawthorn at Queenhill on Tuesday afternoon.
The road was completely blocked and PCSOs were helped by a local resident to clear the road.
In Malvern, trees fell in Madresfield Road, Sherrards Green, and Cowleigh Road.
Mud on the road on the B4204 between Lower Broadheath and Martley and one in Kempsey also posed nightmare conditions for drivers.
A number of others collapsed in Worcester, including on the A443 between Stockton-on-Teme, The Tything, Barbourne Road and Abberley.
