A VEHICLE has been seized in Malvern and will now be broken up and used for spare parts.
It comes after the driver was found with no licence, no insurance and no MoT.
The motorist, who was pulled over yesterday evening by officers from West Mercia’s Local Policing Priority Team – South, now faces penalty points on their licence and a large fine.
Driving without insurance usually incurs a £300 fine and six penalty points but there could also be further penalties having no licence or MoT.
