Our guide to bonfires and fireworks in and around Malvern

BONFIRE Night and fireworks celebrations will be taking place in Malvern district over the weekend.

Here is our guide to the events being held.

November 5

Malvern Cricket Club – Free admission. Bonfire lighting – 7pm, fireworks display and throughout the evening. People are urged to bring their own fireworks and the organisers will let them off safely. Other attractions – fully licensed bar, barbecue with hot dogs and burgers. Click here for more.

Kempsey Primary School – Fireworks party – Gates open at 4pm, fireworks at 6pm. Other attractions include light up toys, games, a barbecue, food, hot drinks and wood fired pizza and doughnuts. The event is organised by the Kempsey Primary School Friends and PTA. Click here for more and tickets – booking in advance is essential.




The Drum and Monkey, just outside Upton-upon-Severn – Large bonfire and fireworks. Bonfire lighting at 6.45pm. People can book a table for pub food or enjoy a hog roast. Great atmosphere guaranteed.
