POLICE in Malvern have issued a Section 59 order after reports a quad bike was repeatedly ridden anti-socially in Pickersleigh.
Officers acted after receiving a number of complaints over the unruly behaviour.
A Section 59 notice is a warning which gets placed both on the rider and their vehicle.
If they are seen driving any vehicle in an anti-social manor within the next 12 months, the vehicle will be seized and can be crushed.
Following this incident, Malvern Police are reporting anyone who encounters such incidents to report them on 101 so officers can take action against those making residents’ lives a misery.
