MALVERN band The Pontiacs will be performing a night of rock’n’roll at Christ Church, Avenue Road, writes Tanya Hewitt.
The up-and-coming band will take to the stage with songs and instrumentals at 3pm on Sunday, September 17.
During the event, the band will play hits from the 1950s and 60s, right up to present day music and dancing is highly encouraged.
The Pontiacs was formed 20 years ago and was formerly known as the ‘Falcons’.
The band members are Dave Roberts (rhythm guitar and vocals), Rich Tandy ( on lead guitar, keyboard and vocals), Stefan Agopsovwicz (on base guitar and vocals), Keith Parks (on bass guitar) and the group’s newest recruit James Bell (on drums).
Entrance to the event is £10 per person and refreshments are included in the price.
