THE MOST expensive streets to live in Malvern have been revealed following a new study of housing pricing over the last five years.
Across the Great Malvern postcodes, Brockhill Road, Christchurch Road and The Lees have some of the highest-valued homes.
On the other end of the spectrum, the cheapest residential streets in Great Malvern include Morgan Court, Worcester Road and Prospect Close.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to develop this analysis.
On Brockhill Road (WR14), three properties sold for an average of £880,333.
On Christ Church Road (WR14), three properties sold for an average of £836,400.
Also, The Lees (WR14) saw four properties sell for an average of £812,500.
On the cheaper end, Morgan Court (WR14) saw 18 properties sell for an average of £87,722.
On Worcester Road, (WR14) 18 properties sold for an average of £91,722 and Prospect Close (WR14) saw three properties sell for an average of £96,650.
