Woman in Malvern issued community protection notice for anti-social behaviour

Malvern Editorial 15th Aug, 2024   0

A MALVERN woman has been served with a community protection notice for anti-social behaviour affecting neighbours and others in the community.

The unnamed female from Archer Close was served with the notice after she was issued a warning on July 5 for recent behaviour.

She must refrain from behaving in an anti-social manner and must ensure she does not cause a disturbance, nuisance, or annoyance to residents of Archer Close or Elgar Avenue, Malvern.

The woman must also refrain from shouting or swearing or causing other noise nuisance to the point it affects residents or anyone going about their lawful business on the same two roads.

She must also only make 101 or 999 calls where there is a valid policing reason.

A spokesperson for Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team(SNT) said: “Anti-social behaviour has a detrimental effect on individuals and communities and the Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Teams will continue to work with partner agencies to take action against people who cause it. “
