MALVERN Town cruised to a 4-0 victory at Larkhall Athletic in their last home game before Christmas.

The Hillsiders took the lead courtesy of Levi Francis’ early goal before strikes from Harry Clark, Alex Bell and Freddie Frazer sealed a comfortable win at the HDAnywhere Community Stadium.

And the result means Malvern sit 10th in the Southern League Division One South table, three points outside of the play-off places.

Malvern broke the deadlock on 10 minutes when Jack Watts laid the ball off to Francis who fired a shot into the top right corner.

And the Hillsiders doubled their lead on the stroke of half time when Clark smashed home from the edge of the penalty area.

The home side extended their lead three minutes after half time as Bell finished off a flowing move.

And substitute Frazer completed the scoring seven minutes from time when he arrowed a shot into the bottom corner.

Malvern are next in action against Thatcham Town on Saturday, December 21 with kick-off at 3pm at the Mettal Stadium.
