A MALVERN home care service is launching a new hub designed to guide individuals and families navigating the ‘often complex’ world of care and support.
Ashwell Home Care Services will launch its Innovative Care Hub for the first time from 10am to 11.30am tomorrow (Thursday, March 6) at Troyte House, Sandy’s Road, Malvern and will be held on a monthly basis.
The hub is there to offer expert advice, practical guidance and reassurance through access to care specialists in a welcoming space.
Visitors can ask questions, learn more about their options for care and receive assistance in navigating care plans, funding, services and the financial aspects.
Ashwell’s is a family run business set up by Deb and Phil Ashwell who aim for the hub to a be a trusted resource for every step of the care journey.
Deb Ashwell, Registered Manager at Ashwell Home Care Services, said: “Too often, people feel lost when it comes to care decisions. Our Care Hub is designed to change that.
“Whether you need immediate support or just want to explore your options, we’re here to provide clarity, guidance, and peace of mind.”
The Care Hub is open to anyone in need of care advice whether for themselves or a loved one. There will be tea, coffee and biscuits. Drop in on Thursday between 10:00 and 11:30 to learn more.
