A VINEYARD in Malvern has shared its delight after one of its latest tipples has scooped a prestigious accolade.
Marlbank Vineyard, a small grape farm at the foot of the Malvern Hills, has been awarded a gold medal at the London Tasting Awards 2025.
The vineyard’s 2023 vintage Blanc de Noirs, a sparkling white made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, was judged Best Pinot Noir in the competition’s unique varietal-focused categories.
Marlbank’s award-winning wine is grown in the vineyard and then vinified at the Three Choirs Winery.
It was praised for its elegance, depth, and character earning a landmark achievement for the emerging vineyard. The win shines a spotlight on the quality and potential of English wines and of Malvern as a winemaking destination.

The London Tasting Awards is a prestigious international wine competition that judges entries by grape variety. In the 2025 competition, over 32 countries were represented.
Wines are blind tasted by a panel of respected sommeliers, buyers, and wine professionals.
