THREE men from Malvern and Worcester are due to face trial in relation to vehicle thefts in the Midlands, Wales and the south of England after they were charged with conspiracy offences.
Leonard Hodgkins, 49, of Marlborough Gardens, Malvern, Ryan Hodgkins, 28, of Fortune Avenue, Welland, Malvern and Jimmy Butler, 41, of Offerton Lane, Worcester have been charged with conspiracy to commit theft of vehicles between September 2024 and May 2025.
The charges relate to 32 vehicle thefts in the West Mercia, Gloucestershire, Dyfed Powys, Sussex, Avon and Somerset and Devon and Cornwall force areas.
All five defendants appeared at Hereford Crown Court on Monday December 8 2025 where they all pleaded not guilty.
Leonard Hodgkins was also remanded to prison while the other four were bailed ahead of the trial date which is set for Monday April 13 2026 at Hereford Crown Court.
