MALVERN Male Voice Choir is looking for new members to join its ranks and is inviting people to a special taster evening, writes Sam Wadsworth.
The free event takes place at Holy Trinity Church on Monday, February 16.
The choir is one of Worcestershire’s longest established and most vibrant music ensembles and has recently completed a marathon year of concerts in 2025.
The choir welcomes men of all ages and abilities, whether they have sung before or not.
The group is particularly keen to hear from tenors eager to lend their voices over to this first class group.
Under the direction of Charles Pavey, the Malvern Male Voice Choir continues to grow in both size and reputation, performing a wide range of music.
One current member of the choir said: “Joining the choir has been one of the best things I’ve ever done – it’s great, fun and wonderfully sociable and you walk out of rehearsals every week feeling better than when you went in.”
No auditions are required for the taster evening, simply turn up and get involved.
