EASTER fun will soon be arriving in Tenbury Wells and Upton upon Severn to ensure families have a cracking time during the holidays.
The trail theme involves children searching for Easter chicks in shop windows throughout the town centres to reveal an Easter phrase.
Once all chicks have been found, a prize can be collected from the Tourist Information Centre, located in Teme Street, Tenbury, and The Pepperpot, in Upton.
Along with the trails, children from six primary schools surrounding Tenbury and Upton, have taken part in an Easter colouring competition, these works of art will be on display throughout shop windows.
Trail sheets can be collected from the tourist information centre.
Coun Beverley Nielsen, portfolio holder for economy and tourism at Malvern Hills District Council, said: “What a lovely thing for families to do this Easter, this trail is a wonderful opportunity for families to get out and about, discover our towns, and enjoy a fun, free and memorable activity together.
“We’d also like to thank The Regal and Tesco in Tenbury, and Warner’s Supermarket in Upton for kindly donating prizes – their contribution is greatly appreciated.”
The free trails take place in Tenbury from March 28 to April 11 and in Upton from April 3 to April 11.
