Expect a high voltage tribute

Malvern Editorial 1st Jul, 2015 Updated: 20th Oct, 2016   0

THERE is set to be an electric atmosphere in Malvern when a band pays tribute to one of the biggest rock and roll groups of all time.

An AC/DC tribute act will be performing at Malvern Theatres next Friday (July 10) and will hope to leave fans believing it is the real Angus Young on stage.

The Australian rock band was first formed in 1973 by brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, who have remained the sole constant members.

To date they are one of the highest grossing bands of all time, having sold more than 200million albums worldwide following a string of hits, including Highway to Hell, Back in Black and High Voltage.

With Brian Johnson’s distinctive vocals and Angus Young’s characteristic school-uniform stage outfit the band are instantly recognisable. And, this tribute act is said to be like them in every way.

Tickets are just £19.60 and can purchased by visiting malvern-theaters.co.uk or calling 01684 892277.
