STAFF at Croome Court are getting ready for the festive period by providing lots of fun events for the family.
Christmas at Croome sees the National Trust mansion house decorated with a 25ft Christmas tree, carol concerts, Father Christmas in his grotto, wreath making demonstrations and a special festive family trail around the park.
The carol concert takes place on Saturday (December 7) between 3pm and 4pm, costing from £5.
Visitor services assistant Becky Wilks said: “Father Christmas will be greeting families every weekend in his sparkling grotto in the basement of the court.
There’s also a festive family letterbox trail challenge to take part in around the parkland and lakeside.
“A gigantic Christmas tree will be taking pride and place in the saloon, so high that we have to use a scaffold to decorate the top. We’re encouraging everyone to leave a Christmas wish or memory on the tree so everything looks really special this year.”
