A FUNDRAISING concert by Malvern Male Voice Choir at St Edmunds’ Hall on March 23 generated an impressive £1,200 for Cancer Research UK.
This takes the total raised fo £15,000 for the annual concerts.
The choir, which was joined by the Hill Singers for the evening, expressed its gratitude for the overwhelming support received – the eventful evening of live music and cheerful spirits was a sell-out and ended with a standing ovation.
A choir spokesperson said: “The MMVC have always been glad to support this worthwhile cause and will continue to do so.
“We had a great evening and were well supported by generous donations and sponsorship and a lively audience.”
