A TEAM of ‘cheeky’ chaps at Malvern Splash have taken Movember to the next level by stripping off for a nude calender.
The staff at the Priory Road fitness centre have all posed with the obligatory moustaches and nothing else with only items such as barbells and rugby or footballs to maintain their dignity.
The team have always supported Movember, which every November encourages people to grow a moustache to raise awareness of prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health, but this year they wanted to go the extra mile.
As a result they vowed to make the calender if they got 100 likes on Malvern Splash Facebook page which they did.
So far they have sold 50 in less than a week, raising more than £300.
Mark Cawthorne, fitness manager at Malvern Splash and Mr November, said: “With it being for a men’s charity Movember sits very closely with what we do here on a daily basis.
“It’s a great charity and it’s good fun to get involved. It’s cracking getting looks and smiles when people see your moustache efforts.
“The calender has caused quite a stir in the centre so far and we would like to thank everyone who has supported it so far.”
