A MALVERN social media and marketing company will be celebrating its first birthday next month.
The Social Media Cafe, part of Online Media Works, will open its doors from 9.30am until 11.30am on Friday, July 6 at the Open Space Rooms in Upper Interfields.
There will be a question and answer social media session followed by cake, a chance to network and a raffle in aid of a very special cause.
Esther Partridge-Warner, who lives in Malvern and launched the Social Media Café last year, said: “I just want to have a bit of a do to say thank-you to everyone who’s come to the Social Media Café over the past 12 months.
“One of the joys of the Social Media Café is the chatter and idea swapping.
“It’s helped me realise there’s also a real need for Social Media Café workshops in an online format too and I’m now looking to start developing this.”
A mother-of-three, Esther decided to set up Online Media Works in 2016 after a shock diagnosis of breast cancer in August 2015.
The proceeds from the birthday raffle will go to charity Breast Cancer Haven who supported her recovery.
The birthday celebration is free to attend and open to anyone interested in finding out more about the Social Media Café.
