TWO TEAMS of promising cricketers from Malvern and Colwall reached another impressive three-figure score as they raised hundreds of pounds for charity.
Colwall Cricket Club hosted Barnards Green u11s in a special charity day, which aimed to generate funds for the Nepal Earthquake Appeal.
The event saw the youngsters secure £851, which will help the people were affected by the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal earlier this year.
Malvern Save the Children helped organise the fund-raiser along with Gwyneth and Derek Rees. There were also stalls provided by groups in Colwall as well as teas in the cricket pavilion and a barbecue.
